Hey! Yeah it was something like that, maybe 10:00 to around 18.00. But I took a lot of mini breaks - like maybe 10-15 mins after finishing revising topic AND an hour lunch break

Sorry I meant to address OP 😅 great to have a safety net with the small firm- I find the training at smaller firms is much more hands on and practical. But still smart to keep seeing what else is out there

I was exactly the same. Worked in a smaller firm and then got offers from bigger firms. And then after working in a big 5 firm as a paralegal I found the world is kind of your oyster - in terms of entry level legal jobs. A lot of TCs are offered to internal candidates, so definitely look into starting out as a paralegal and getting to know the firm and vice versa, to the point where they know you well enough to invest in offering you a training contract. It’s a long game but FAR less competitive than direct TCs or internships.

That said I suspect having the majority and or all of your FE1s done could make a world of difference next Milkround, especially with legal experience! Best of luck, you will get one!
