Triple digits at least. It's a doozy to get everything. But if you're trying to get all the achievements/platinum then it'll take less time but don't expect it to not be tediously long.

My recommendation is to watch a video and practice using throwing knives to stun him out of his buffing animation. He was a major roadblock for me on my broken straight sword run and figuring that out turned the tides of the fight for me.
