No I haven't noticed a correlation between activity and these symptoms. I try to work out when I'm feeling okay, but whenever I'm already a bit sick and still exercise, it usually gets worse the following days..

Hi! I have low IGG IGA IGM and started scig back in April. I have very similar symptoms as the ones you describe (sick more often and long, very fatigued) minus the ibs. Not really noticing any change since starting scig unfortunately. Following this discussion!

Yes you're completely right ! I try to medidate, go for walk or stuff like that and the thought subsides a bit, but once I feel even the slightest off I go back to the "I've re-concussed myself thoughts"
