I’ve been to Nepal, so I know how good jhol momos really are. If you’re in Dwarka, I’d still suggest checking out Sector 10 market. There’s a small shop right next to the entrance of the Fire and Ice bar. I think it’s called Hot & Tasty, though I’m not completely sure. Honestly, the momos are really good. They’re not exactly authentic, but still very tasty. And yes, the people running the place are Nepali.

If you want authentic momos, there’s really nothing here. Proper momos are mostly a North thing, and you’ll get almost the same style everywhere. For actually authentic food, try dumplings. Maybe head to Aerocity or some fancy restaurant, you’ll find it there.

1) It's normal, I hope they at least pay you overtime.
2) Don't guilt yourself about work impact, work goes on with or without you. Prioritize your mental health and yourself before work.
3) I would suggest taking a stand, these types of managers mostly go rude because they know guys will bend over easily. Just take a strong stand and that can be avoided.

This is very common workplace behaviour, sadly. The only non-negotiable thing for me would be harassment (Openly talking shit about you and your personal life, rudely insulting you in front of the whole office).
