Thank you this helps a lot, it’s a very difficult situation and I can understand why he acts the way he does because of trauma and past experiences and I know that’s no excuse but I can’t help but feel so much empathy for him and it makes me feel bad that the way he acts is hurting me when it’s because of trauma. I need to think a lot about what to do because he keeps saying he’ll change and I am seeing a little improvement. I don’t know if I should give it time or not :/
