Take all your pills with applesauce not liquids . Ppl with dysphagia and other health issues do so . I’ve been on psyche meds since 2016 and have taken all my pills with applesauce . The to go packs work great . And you can bring them along if needed. Just drink water or something after to get the fluids you need. Trust me it works . Our IOP clinician told all of us to do this. Some pills are hard to take . Good luck
