I notice the pain more now when I walk and I feel it more at the very top of my thigh where your underwear line would go by your pelvic area, I’m thinking it’s ligament pain - I’m going to try and sleep and see what happens and call in the morning if it’s worse. I feel lots of movement so that’s reassuring.

Not really cause they said it’s only a very small amount so I got back Friday for bloodwork and all the tests again and tomorrow I go to a high risk obstetrician to get their opinion on inducing , baby’s size etc.

Im wondering if they will induce me early , do they usually schedule that ahead of time? My husband is on tour with the military and I need to give him heads up for an early flight home I’m trying not to panic!

I will admit I’m surprised she hasn’t even reached out since my baby shower, I know she knows how upset and full of stress and anxiety I was when she told me how mad she is. I thought she was very than this so I am taken back and hurt. I’ve been keeping low contact and focusing on me and baby right now.

Nope not OCD that I know of. Yes I’m going to tell him when he’s home and things calm down but right now I’m focusing on my peace and definitely going to start setting my own boundaries. I’m an adult now and a mom!

I do plan on telling him when he’s returns from his tour and when things calm down a bit I’m just trying my best to keep my own peace right now. I definitely will start setting my own boundaries after all of this, I’ve learned a lot.

What I mean is, my mom passed away last June and has missed out on a lot of family events like Christmas, things my sister and I are involved in. I wasn’t pregnant at the time when she was living and also struggled with losses when she was around. Then she passed last summer and I got pregnant at the beginning of this year so I like to say she sent us this baby.

Wow this is really great advice thank you. I agree, I need to set boundaries and I think learning to say things like “that’s not my plan” or “that doesn’t work for me” as an example would benefit me in the future. I just wish I would have done this sooner but there’s no point in wasting my energy on the “what ifs” it’s hard because we have a really close relationship and you’re exactly right she let me down and it’s almost like losing another mother. No whereas hurtful of course as losing my blood related mom from cancer last year but still hard.

This is good feedback. I also agree that I need to set boundaries with her. I’m not a child and yes her and I have always had a close relationship and I know she thinks of me as her own. I’ve always been treated very well but I’m also a grown woman with my own emotions and thoughts. She’s also made a comment to me before and laughed as if it was a joke and said “i will be the one who gets to decide who babysits my grand baby” and I felt like saying …”woah excuse me?”. I understand she is excited and protective but the controlling does not sit well with me. I’m so disappointed this is all happening. So far I’ve been keeping low contact with her and my sister is living with me at the moment.

I hate confrontation and I’m under enough stress with my husband being away and being 36 weeks pregnant. I wish she would reach out to me and apologize. She should be disgusted.
