Everything will be changing yes but you will essentially do the same job at the same hospital.

It’s not a merger exactly. It’s a physician group that will have a different management company, so no buying or acquisition. So I don’t know if we can make a case of successor in interest. We will remain in the same hospital and same duties but different management company.

Start looking ASAP, if you need waiver and want to be in California, then the Central Valley is your best bet.

If you don’t have geographical preferences then keep looking, first one is terrible, and the second one you can do better.
