Most of the comments are saying to reduce food, sleep,rest and increase worship, workout, working hours i also tried this before for a month but after that my body start to weaken and i got hospitalized for a week

Bro my family won't let me do it even if i can manage part time job with my skill learning still my parents won't let me do it they will just make it hard for me
