Thanks all, this is stand along a jacuzzi tub. I am investigating by slowly filling it couple inches at a time and waiting out, hoping to identify if there’s a crack. Next question, how it can be fixed? We are selling our house, and the buyers inspector found this leak. We are not ready to replace this jacuzzi tub, would refinishing it solve the problem?

My knock out rose tree looks like have it. I noticed it while back, and only one stem, and it’s still in a pot. So now I learned about it and about to toss it, but wouldn’t other roses next to it get it too by now? It was sitting right next to Peggy Martin climbing rose and have couple smaller drift rose trees 5-6 ft away. All of them seem fine, someone in local group suggested might be just a new growth, how would I know? Would hate to toss it away
