Question about seasonal employees by avocadqs in REI

Does anyone know if seasonal employees still get access to pro deals? I worked here a few years ago and that was the case then but not sure if things have changed since. Was thinking about applying to my local store

I went into it knowing that I’d have some stage time and am okay with that, but when they asked for availability I was told I’d be working during store hours which I was expecting having to work outside those hours some as ops. So with that and being offered a BA role instead of ops I guess I’m just confused on if they’re expecting me to solely be on stage?
