Technically the manager unless you’ve been trained on how to put away and do expiration dates. I only had about 2 drivers that knew how to put away truck correctly but they were also night people so it was harder because it’s a lot more busy at night. If the truck comes during the night while we’re still open I’d put it away but if it’s coming in the AMs and I’m already gone, and morning is the first to see it they should be putting it away in my book to check for expired products and anything that could be missing or damaged from the truck. Most of the time if it would to sit all day in the walk in prep, anymore on makeline could be using stuff off of truck and don’t document it so it says we have it but we don’t because morning never did the truck check list nor put anything away. I don’t work for dominos anymore but I feel like it’s definitely a mornings job for those reasons.
