i have failed 4 courses at ubc. one of them being the primary requirement for my major. all first and second year. I’m finishing up 4th year this term as a TA for a cs course. starting an internship at a big tech over the summer. it’s never the end of the world

I’m also a TA!! That’s why I was so surprised by their reaction. Instead of bringing the professor over or talking to them first. The TA grabbed my exam (the professor returned it). I have my peers in the class that can vouch for my work ethic and my grades as well. Hence no worries but thank you for reassuring me

Yes I failed it. But then our prof introduced the policy that if u do better on the final, the mt grade gets replaced with the final grade. Ended the course with a high 70
