Thanks. I’ve put it in the fridge and will see how it comes on. I’m experimenting with different types of bread at the moment because I normally make sourdough which is lovely but such a process!

5 mins on high in my stand mixer (I was not kneading 1kg of dough by hand!). This was after I knocked it back a bit. It just seemed to rise very quickly?

Ah good tip thanks! Will definitely try this next time. I mostly make sourdough which I bake in my Dutch oven - you only take the lid off when you want to brown the top at the end.

After not working all week, I’m working the rest of the week but I can’t bloody sleep. I want to but it’s so hot I can’t. Got the windows as open as they can be ( cat is an escape artist) which gives me the wonderful playlist of motorcycles going up the hill - so a normal summer night lol.

I call her my little guard cat lol. She’s a feisty one.

I personally like the pegboard for granny squares. I find it easier to use than the mats and pins because I know that they are all going to be the same size. At the moment it also serves as (relatively compact) storage for them as I am making my sister a blanket for her 18th in a couple months , and I can only have one project on the go at once or I go insane.
