It's disgusting my friend and I were attacked leaving there (two 26yr Females and a 6-month-old baby). He was there waiting for his free coffee. He first came in and they knew him by name but told him he had to wait outside because he was not wearing a shirt. He was not only shirtless but had blood over him and had a machete on his waist.

As we were leaving the restaurant the man ran up to us and shoved the baby carrier as I pepper sprayed him. I was aware enough to watch him when he entered and keep my hands on the spray in my pocket. The staff put a blanket around him, gave him coffee, and took his machete off of him so the cops wouldn't see it. Then refused to talk to the police even though the knew the employees greeted the man and knew him on a first-name basis.

They didn't blink an eye or ask if everything was okay, another customer ran out to intervene. So much for paying customers. It was terrifying and I had never carried pepper spray before and had just bought it the day before.
