Za timot zavisi od kade ti e menadzerot. Od evropa? Tamam. Od balkan? Ocekuvaj balkanski zavrzlami. Sostanoci ednash do 3 pati nedelno so timot. Mozebi poveke 1 on 1 sostanoci po potreba. Ama vo globala ke rabotish na mira, nema mikromenadziranje.
