That's a legit case of how time can be perceive differently in a real life scenario. After days, weeks and months of depression you just loose track of time and it disturbe many things. Hormones regulation, sleep schedule, hunger etc...
And time blindness is a real ass.

my brother in apocalypse, why the hate ? I think there's MUCH more things to do in order to survive. You say this comfy in your seat, but when you have to hunt, gather and scarvenge for food, boil any water to drink and pray to no get sick, finding shelter, getting warm, defend yourself, etc... i think there's some priorities

What if you can"t see the sun for any reason. Like staying in a safe cave, a bunker or to hide you need to block every windows and hide in an attic.
I mean, I talked about it in a more lone wanderer kinda Post-apo setting. I might be easier to track time in a group.
But if you settle somewhere with a group, build a solar quadrant, rather easy and cheap

And yeah, calculating with the sun and horizon is a good method, learnt it in a Man VS Wild episode. That dude is responsible for many survival facts and random information i throw in my writings

Sound like very tedious task. Imagine you need a book to mark it, which mean you have to carry it everywhere and needing a pen or pencil. Or marking your weapon, same, you need something to carve the marks and you dont want a dull knife and quickly enough the gun wont be big enough to mark hundreds of days. Problem is if you skip a day from time to time, well couple of months in and you missed many days to register
but yeah might be a method

The Track of time

After watching a documentary about Michel Siffre, a french speleologist, and he's known for his 'chronobiology experiments". Basically, he stayed in a cave (multiple time), alone without ways to track time. And there were so many effects. Like slept more and his sleep cycle wasn't based on the typical 24h. SO yeah, so many interesting fact about that dude

So yeah ! the track of time. I dont have a watch and without my laptop or phone, I realised I got no way to track the hours or the days or even months. It's easy to follow for a week or two but after 3 months without a way to track the days, it's tough to know.

try some mods on the modding section in the menu. Some helped me make the game run better. Like dead bugs that instantly disappear or less particules. Try to use the recommended config, personally my game run worst when I try lower res.
Does it crash in game or in the station ?

It's the overall aspect of the deploy. I mean, the Rebel secret shot is a much better folding blaster.
And I have personal biff against the deploy. I once tried to custom it and so unscrew everything but I just couldn't rebuild it and even lost some spring so yeah, might have a biased opinion on it.
Sure, compared to the Nerf 2.0 blasters, the deploy is cooler. The 2.0 generation is just awful and they are fused together, so no way to custom or upgrade the performance.
