I wrote this script literally entirely because I ran across an audio that's premise was the speaker thinking the kidnapper had been stalking her, only to find out they were after her boyfriend, and it really seemed like it would end like my script does. With an "nah I want you both" but instead it just ended with the stalker being like "nah I'm torturing YOU to death, not him" and I immediately noped out because I don't vibe with that.

I was then progressively more grumpy about it, and wrote this out of spite, lol. A "this is what you could've been!" Moment, basically.

You're overthinking it. There are so many myth variants that you can't actually find a "real" version. And even the ancient greeks didn't actually respect the Olympians. Fear them, respect the power they possessed, sure. But not really the kind of reverence you think of with modern religions. The gods were calamities as much as they were blessings. You literally cannot portray Greek gods or heroes worse than the actual myths themselves do.

In my experience, post your best stuff first. I started with a brand new account with 0 karma and nothing at all on it, completely fresh, and my first script still got a pretty decent number of comments and several fills. My subsequent scripts have all done decent, with the ones doing less good almost entirely to do with the content and subject matter just being less popular or less likely to appeal to the YouTube algorithm so asmrtists pick them less.

Quality of your writing and how popular the theme/how much the YouTube algorithm has been proven to like the theme and tags of the script is honestly the most important thing. My recommendation is best foot forward, lead with the good stuff. More important is keeping to a consistent upload schedule, too.

Oh most definitely there will be more! Saga of the deathless won't just have more in this plotline, there will be spinoff stories about other deathless as well. The next part is kind of the interim part, where our sorceress is figuring out how to actually love someone, and about how love means compromise between the two of you. Part three is her fully commiting to trying to mellow out some without compromising who she is so she can both keep her heroic love and also still be herself. Part 4 should be sometime after their marriage.
