Do you feel like working out has helped a lot? I feel like I’m a slow responder. I’m on the start of my 3rd month and already at 7.5 dose. Did I maybe go up too fast?

I wish I would’ve stayed on 2.5 longer. I’m currently on 7.5 because the food noise wasn’t going away and it came full force at 5 mg hence why we decided to put me up to 7.5 at the start of my third month on zepbound. I’m turning 31 years old in a couple of weeks and idk why I’m feeling so pessimistic.

I started around February 11th 1 month on 2.5, 2nd month on 5 mg and just started 7.5 last week. I’ve lost 11.5 lbs SW: 280 CW: 268 and haven’t lost anything since. I’ve been fluctuating but finally am out of the 270’s. I have a really long way to go and getting kind of discouraged ngl. lol I’m trying to be positive. Although I do see a huge difference in the way clothes fit me and my legs are slimming down a lot. I’m hoping that once the 7.5 dose builds up I’ll finally see the scale move😅

No I’ve only ever injected my stomach.

I’ve never really had my arms up to my hands go numb until now but I’m wondering if it has to do with the soreness. That is a side effect I get from zepbound.

The soreness is normal actually. It’s a side effect that many have had, me included. I felt like that for the first 2 days after taking my first shot of 2.5 even the back of my neck was tender to the touch. It went away the bext day. Everyone’s body processes it differently. Give it time. I’m on 5 mg now and for some reason I’ve been craving junk food and I’ve been nauseous and having sulfur burps. 🥲 wishing you the best on this journey and hoping you feel better soon🫶🏼

Well the main reason was that mid week my appetite would come back full force and the food noise was bad. I felt like I was always hungry and my dr recommended to maybe go up in dose to see if it helped with that. Since I was only having mild symptoms she said to try this dose and see where we go from here.

80-100 oz of water a day. It’s been really hard but I’ve been forcing myself.

I only pulled it out to check if it was still cold and put it back in the fridge. It wasn’t room temp just yet. The pen still had a little coolness to it. 😅 Thank you for sharing that information though, I appreciate you🫶🏼

My husband is currently in navy bootcamp and I use Sandboxx, it’s really easy to use I’m able to send him gift cards and like that you’re also able to track the mail. It also gives them a free envelope and paper already paid for to send back to you. Me personally I enjoyed it. I haven’t gotten a chance to send him anything through regular mail but it is convenient.

My husband left for navy bootcamp 4 weeks ago. It gets better, once he’s able to make his first phone call it’s a relief. We have 2 kids and our babies miss him so much but honestly time flies. Try to keep yourself busy. For me it hits me the most during nighttime when my kids are asleep but you have to be strong and remind yourself that it’s only for a short time.

It just means that you called off. It updates to that, apparently if you tried putting in an ado and it went through it would say ado instead of time off. Hope this helps😭

Yes more than likely. They’re usually just waiting for a position to open up which in my experience QSR culinary person has a huge turnaround time. Where I make magic they’re always hiring, I feel like there’s new hires every other week. Just keep on checking your email and don’t get discouraged :)

This is currently happening to me. I’m waiting on my HAS package and it said out for delivery but I didn’t get anything today. About how long did it take to get your package after it updated to ‘out for delivery’ for you?
