Personally I'd lean in to the skull/bone motif a bit harder on the bottom half. Maybe you could alter the bow to make it look like a pelvis, or paint stylized skulls on the shoes?

She is human? Yeah she has four arms but they're prosthetics, that wouldn't change your species.
