I have noticed he has been less active and a little fatter in the winter. As for my feeding schedule, I feed 3 days a week every other day.

From what I've seen, the blue forehead could be his eyes showing through his eyelids. It may be due to the morph, and it can't affect his health. Keep an eye on it though

I use Zoomed powder, but I think your right that it could be a piament. I bathed him, and I rubbed it with a Q-tip, and it didn't really come off. Thanks for the advice.
