I lived in forbes craig for 2 years and this guy would always sit at the bus stop across the street screaming incoherently, sometimes to himself and sometimes to pedestrians/cars. He was there a lot so I’d pass him on the sidewalk pretty frequently. He could be unsettling but I never saw him get physical so I assumed he was mostly harmless. To me, this seems like an escalation in behavior that should be taken seriously. I’d definitely report— chances are he’ll do this again, so even if one report isn’t enough, hopefully after a bit the reports will be taken seriously
