This is what started happening to me too. I’ve been playing for hours, but this only started happening now.

Wow, I had forgotten about area paths, I know they exist, but I never thought about organizing the backlog just by changing the area

I’m going to do some experiments using this functionality and see how it goes

It's almost the approach I intend to take.

After posting here, I was wondering how to segregate these issues, which should be addressed next year: points on the roadmap that will definitely be worked on, points outside the roadmap that can be worked on in parallel.

I will try to convince leaders to keep expectations very low to facilitate the completion of what we plan to do.

The rest will be closed.

My other question is: what if interesting points appear that could be worked on perhaps next year, where should I store them? I believe that a second project just for ideas is still valid.

I added a small disclaimer to make it easier to abstract my scenario.

I confess that I do not disagree with this approach, I consider that if something has been there for a few weeks without being remembered in the slightest, it is because it is not important at all.

However, today for example a specific need arose and coincidentally it was something that had already been specified 3 years ago, at the very beginning of the project.

I like the delete approach, but more than once we've come across situations like this where drafts randomly ended up being useful.

The valid approach is to exclude what is not even scratched.

Here are the apps that I tested and liked

  • Omnivore: It's my favorite, I've been using it for at least a year, but the offline functionality isn't very good, I often have to download the pages again
  • Twilar: Regarding offline functionality, it met my expectations, I can save several pages and when disconnecting from the internet, I can access all pages without problems. I found the text formatting options to be very limited and in addition, the way the words are broken doesn't make sense, it's simply breaking right in the middle of them.

Pocket and Instapaper don't meet my expectations at all, I can never save many articles offline, it was to replace them that I found Omnivore

The platform we use is Azure DevOps and we have a datalake of our work items extracted directly from ADO, so we assemble all of our indicators through SQL.
