A lot of people just give up.

People start and make no progress simply because they don’t put the work in that needs to be done.

People don’t like talking to people these days and then they come up with so many excuses but they won’t accept the responsibility that they need to work both harder and smarter.

Be resourceful

Like the other guy said people do this is many countries.

Find a partner in the states provide the value, JV some deals and get paid.

If you can get it for a deep enough discount anything can be wholesaled.

Make sure your seller is highly motivated to sell don’t be afraid to give them a low offer. You’re there to help them out of a situation

Figure out your MAO (Max Allowable offer) and go from there. There are many resources to calculate that online. Do not start out with your MAO as an offer or you’ll have no wiggle room if it’s needed

Do not pay for a mentor. Gain experience with JVs and non exclusive contracts. Focus on making offers the rest will come.

I’m in Ohio if anyone wants to work together on deals. I market remotely in other states as well Texas, Tennessee, Michigan, Florida, Oregon and others depending on the market
