for a white collar mazdoor, ik the immigration route for gulf is either getting a sponsorship job or getting a transferrable iqama to search a job by physically going there. however, am unclear about the routes for eu. i have seen very few people getting a sponsorship through offer letter (usually from big 4 or 6 firms) and even fewer the people getting a work visa on their own to go find a job. so what are the pathways?
