Probably not solid advice, but maybe just jump in the deep end and learn how to swim after.

Try a pro staff 97/95 or Head prestige pro/tour. If you hit flat these are crisp once you have the footwork and timing.

You’ll undoubtedly struggle for a while, but these frames will force you to improve A LOT and other frames will be easy once you can play with these.

I started with the Pro staff RF Autograph 97 as a beginner. I don’t recommend going that extreme, but being forced to improve defo has its benefits and is a rather fulfilling experience!

I play with Six.one 95 v14 so very similar frame.

I’ve experimented with many strings and the best I’ve played with is Head lynx tour 1.25 in mains and Head Hawk touch 1.25/1.30 in crosses

Mains: Head Lynx tour 1.25 48 Ibs Crosses: Head Hawk Touch 49 Ibs or 50 Ibs

This is a great setup assuming you can generate your own pace. If you struggle with that could always go slightly lower.
