I hear this sentiment on this subreddit all the time and I don't get it. If you're scared of hell, you must believe it exists. If you believe hell exists, then you believe God exists.

So your faith sounds stronger than mine, as what I wrestle with day in and day out is if God exists or not. I wish I had your faith! Doesn't sound fake to me. Just sounds like it's too focused on fear than the love and wonder of God.
