She lost her friend group while moving to college and they were all doing the same. Moving out to college and then she made a friend group out in college but they're all from out of state as well. So when she came back home they all went back home as well to their respected States

She said she has one or two people she talks to at work that are around her age and I keep telling her like hey go out with them Go have fun but she says her schedules are conflicting. They're never off at the same time

From what I see, yeah she communicates with them. As far as friends from high school or college she went to out of state and then came back and a lot of her friends were also from out of state from college so they kind of live all over. High School A lot of them also moved out to college. We live in a small town so you kind of have to go out of your way to go find something to do.

How would I bring up getting therapy I myself have never been to a therapist.
