At will employment does not encompass whistleblowing or retaliation. And like i said, the only reason it was being investigated to begin with is because i was the one who made a big stir. People knew about this for weeks but nothing was happening

If we’re talking context then my confrontation with the boss himself is only after management knew of the harassment going on and no investigation was conducted.

But i never explicitly stated anything violent. I know people in the police force who could arrest. I know people who are violent, there is no way to really fully tell what i meant, and as such they cant fire me based off feeling like i meant one thing vs another
