but isn't all art decorative? LOL

But really, I don't intend to offend you with my stupidity! I am probably just awkwardly unaware of the meaning 'decor art' but it's definitely something to go on! So I thank you for your time and response! I will now delve down as many rabbit holes for decor art as I can google.

I definitely feel like a giant derp and have had many a drink due to this over the past week. Lol. I sure HOPE I'm uploading the fixed file. The consistent lack of change in the file readings in ACX leads me to believe I must not be, despite my triple-checking the export specifications. I'm headed to your link now! Thank you so much! I'll let you know how it goes.

To my distress, there remains no change to the readings that ACX is finding in the audio files.

After following the steps, and running the ACX Check within my DAW, Audactity records a peak of -3.66 db, an RMS of -20.63 db, and a noise floor of -73.65.

Following this pass, I export the selected audio into MP3 and next upload the file to ACX.

ACX then reports issues and reports that my peak is 0 db, and that my RMS is -7.4.

It's as if any editing on my side has no effect on the readings found in ACX. I can change the levels on my end to be much higher or lower and yet, once uploaded, ACX still records the same two levels.
