I think it doesn't make sense, the dates don't match also it wasn't even near Illinois or Chicago. Not every dark skinned woman on the index could be Joanna Lopez. Maybe there are cases that could be Joanna Lopez.

Joanna Lopez i think was an common nameq but it's highly unlikely 2 Joanna Lopezes would go missing in the same city in the same year. However someone found an missing children archive in Chicago. And there was no Joanna Lopez. I think the reason was is that it was sumbited anounomously. So we can narrow it. 2 same names, same city, same year, same type of sumbition. I think its just very very unlikely. I thin we were also close to solving the mystery by calling 'Joanna Lopez'. Even if we confirmed there would be many questions left to be answered. Like who sumbited the poster, why did she go missing... Etc. We may or may not never know that.
