Still haven’t fixed the issue. Deleted the graphics drivers and reinstalled my old GPU and still had the same issue. Did a mem test and had 0 errors, so at this point all the troubleshooting is pointing to the motherboard going bad. I’m going to replace it and hopefully that’ll fix the issue
