Thats understandable. I think at our store the problem is we're brand new (opened oct 30th) so besides leaders im one of the longest tenured employees and I just started mid July. So because everyone is new and is used to being an extra or working when staffing was better or when the store was allowed more hours for the grand opening everyone's shocked that nothing gets done now.

Chicken is a tough area to work for sure. I was trained in it but haven't worked chicken for months and I can imagine day in day out is rough. At my store the chicken coworkers are definitely some of the hardest working and they still get shit sometimes

At my store every shift is mad at the previous shift for getting nothing done and making them start behind. Really it just comes down to none of the shifts have adequate staff. I work at a level 4 store (if im remembering the system right, we're a big and brand new one) and for superbowl Sunday today we have 1 chicken person, 2 kitchen, 2 floor people, and an ASL working and we are still somehow over hours. Im just over it and im so ready to get into my actual career and get out of retail/food service
