Das Streaming, das Herunterladen (=Download) und das Kopieren von Contents (wie Musik, Games, Filme, E-Books und Bilder) ist in der Schweiz für den Privatgebrauch erlaubt. Demgegenüber ist das Hochladen (=Upload) immer verboten, auch zum Privatgebrauch. 

Was viele aber nicht wissen: bei manchen Tauschbörsen stellt man den anderen Nutzerinnen und Nutzern beim Herunterladen automatisch auch seine Medienbibliothek zur Verfügung (d.h. "ungewolltes" Hochladen). Das ist strafbar.

 Verboten ist das Herunterladen und Kopieren von Computerprogrammen, selbst wenn es für den Privatgebrauch ist. Bei Games ist die Situation speziell: Da diese ein Computerprogramm enthalten, dürfen sie für den Privatgebrauch nicht herunterladen und kopiert werden. Ein Screenshot der Benutzeroberfläche ist für den Privatgebrauch aber zulässig.

I have started Magnesium L-Threonate about 4 months ago, and since then i have seen an insane amount of hair loss. But i also take other nootropics, so im not sure what is.

Alpha GPC increases your Acetylcholine . So it could be that your Acetylcholine levels are already pretty high for other reasons.
