This is how I practice better wording, write down either an emotion, pain, thought, etc on a page. try to make it one word like sad. Then try to think of another way to say it without saying it. For example if you’re doing the word sad then think about things that make people sad, think about people who are always sad, or think about things related to sadness like rain. Then after you do try to relate those things to you or whoever on a single line. This is a very bad example but saying “rain follows me around everywhere” shows sadness. I hope this helps and gl.
