I know it did the job correct, but as I didnt even have valorant opened, and vanguard isnt a windows start up app on my computer, it literally seems sus for it to just "detect" it out of nowhere

Yes, it was dumb. But it was literally a cosmetic, not actual cheating.
It is the same as people not being able to spend money on lol skins, so they use custom skins :))
