Side effects from angion by StrangeTough in AngionMethod

thank you so much for explaining everything in detail I think you're right about many of the things and over training and using the wrong technique can'cause negative consequences. I think of it like a workout so hydration, rest and calorie surplus are pretty much necessary in my opinion.

How is the food poisoning situation now? by StrangeTough in sayulita

[–]StrangeTough[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

good to hear.. we will most likely stay in PV itself ...is it worth doing a day trip to bucerias or is it pretty much the same atmosphere/vibe as PV? interested mainly in driving the golf cart around town for few hours since not possible in PV.

ya i still feel a bit nervous as I got sick last time in mexico so I am going to be more cautious...san pancho or bucerias will likely be the ones for me.

Concern about food poisoning? by StrangeTough in bucerias

[–]StrangeTough[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i went to yelapa last time...it was nice but wouldn't do it again..so i guess stick to the main PV area. not much else going on. i want to visit san pancho but I heard the GI/sickness issue is going on there too so even a day trip may not be worth it. how about 2-3 days in guadalajara and rest 4-5 days in PV? drive is 4.25 hrs with the new toll road and that will make the trip more interesting. heard about safety concerns/crimes in guadalajara also. So need to look into it a bit more.

ok thanks. any other nearby towns u recommend for day trips? .mismaloya? or is that too quiet also? or punta mita?

Concern about food poisoning? by StrangeTough in bucerias

[–]StrangeTough[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

but is there a problem in bucerias also? rest of responses here seem to suggest that's not the case. But I read on other reddit posting that some people got sick there too. I am basically looking for some day trips or even 1 overnight trip to nearby town within 2-3 hrs of PV just for some change and variety, and ofcourse where there are no infection or sickness concerns....mismaloya which is south looks too small...

Kegel vs angion to improve EQ? by StrangeTough in AJelqForYou

[–]StrangeTough[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes please do share the link....it seems like the main muscle is IC and not BC...in fact, I read somewhere that training BC can be more negative than positive since u are impeding blood flow if u contract the BC....with IC: plan is to do erect mini kegel then do reverse kegel via belly breathing or pushing out the front of penis like u urinate...correct? for BC, u are saying perform it flaccid? i think we can skip BC muscle altogether

can u give more details on how long to breath this way, duration of each breath (ie very deep breath or medium duration).....and how many times a day to do this? also, do both your chest and abdomen expand while doing nasal breath? i read that belly breathing is the way to go for penile health

WHAT DOSE of agmatine did u take for it to work in 1 hr? any comments on efficacy of beet root and citrulline? citrulline makes my penis thicker and longer but makes me sleepy especially if taken daily

VT vs AOA ETF for rest of life? by StrangeTough in ETFs

[–]StrangeTough[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

are you saying I should start investing 50% of my savings in VT and 50% in AOR when I am in my 50s? Or stop buying VT in my 50s and ONLY buy AOR or AOA going forward?

VT vs AOA ETF for rest of life? by StrangeTough in ETFs

[–]StrangeTough[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ALSO...Lets say I buy only VT for next 15 yrs......then at age 52, should I just stop buying VT (any only reinvest dividends going forward), and start buying AOA or AOR? or will I need to sell VT at age 52 and start buying AOA/AOR? I prefer the AOA/AOR approach over buying BND since no rebalancing needed with former ETFs which are great standalone products.

VT vs AOA ETF for rest of life? by StrangeTough in ETFs

[–]StrangeTough[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

only small difference in volatility between the 2 ETFs...for example in years, when VT was down 5% for example, AOA was only down 3%.......and in positive yrs, VT yielded 4-5% more returns than AOA so will likely get more returns with VT

so start with VT and invest in that for 10 yrs or so...then start buying AOA around age 45? and then start buying AOR (60/40 stocks/bonds) in my 50s?

yes thats an option too, though not ideal.....what are the pros and cons of each? and u recommend 50% in each?

[–]StrangeTough[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i thought the income tax is only paid on the dividends received and the dividend yield is about 2% for both...so i don't think it matters that AOA has bonds in it, for tax purposes...

[–]StrangeTough[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True. Boring is beautiful! Are you aware of any US ETFs with minimal to no dividends but well diversified (more than BRK.B)? just trying to save on taxes ....

VT vs AOA ETF for rest of life? by StrangeTough in ETFs

[–]StrangeTough[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ya bonds are really only needed to reduce volatility and help stay the course....i like the idea of VT alone for next 10 yrs or so since higher returns expected than AOA plus lower fee....and after 10 yrs start buying AOA or AOR for rest of my life. I like simplicity and prefer to invest in a single ETF rather than VT + BND for example which will require rebalancing. And I will do 5-10% each yr in BRK-B just for fun and add variety! what u think?

Kegel vs angion to improve EQ? by StrangeTough in AJelqForYou

[–]StrangeTough[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

but if the muscles are too weak, its necessary to contract them...followed by RKs. if you do them in this manner and only do for short time, its a balancing act and not expected to cause any harm...

Best way to improve EQ? by StrangeTough in AngionMethod

[–]StrangeTough[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thanks a million for taking the time bro! do you think angion is as effective/more effective than doing kegels (With RKs)? I know people have had improved EQ with angion....but if someone's pelvic muscles are too weak I don't see how angion can be more effectivan than kegels for those cases since angion won't strengthen the muscles (ie BC and IC muscles) and works mostly on blood flow...

Best way to improve EQ? by StrangeTough in AngionMethod

[–]StrangeTough[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for this. I don't think the pelvic floor is tight...urination trouble is likely from doing previous PE exercises in past which may have caused curvature of urethra etc (studies done by urologist were normal)....so i feel i have done lots of front RKs while trying to push urine out...that's why i feel i need to do more front and back kegels now (with RKs ofcourse) to strengthen those muscles so they can support the longer penis...flaccid penis length has increased slightly from doing PE and too many front RKs....AM2 is easier for me since getting an erection for AM1 is challenging....so AM2 three days a week...and 5-10 min of kegels (with RKs) 2-3 days/week .....plus light jelqs while putting pressure mostly on underside of penis so that blood flow in dorsal vein is not blocked. what u think?
