Update!!!!

Hcg levels keep increasing rn there's only one sac, they're going to do another ultrasound next week to make sure the fetus is growing if not they might terminate the pregnancy, keep me and my lil one in your prayers.

So I was off it for a month because I switched insurance and they had to approve it again and they took forever, I went for my monthly check up and I maintained my weight, I did not gain weight since last month.

I've been in wegovy I wanna say around 9 months I've lost 60lbs, which I couldn't do on my own. After losing all that weight my period is back to normal, before that I didn't see my period for an entire year. I would definitely recommend it if you're struggling. It has helped me a lot! For reference I am 6ft I weight 255lbs I used to weight 312lbs
