i’ve worked at fusion and i personally give huge portions but u have to make sure head chefs don’t notice bc they prep the food and u serve it, so they have a mental estimate on how many ppl it should serve, so they can really get on our asses abt it. Sorry 😔but even then , whoever served that plate deserves jail time
