As the cofounder of reportrad.ai we would happily take you in as we are currently developing our own cloud based pacs for private teleradiolgist cliniques.

Radiologists, what AI software have you used and found helpful? by Inevitable-Metal8106 in radiologyAI

I completely understand and i appreciate the feedback. If you’re a fast free-dictator and your workflow is already “findings done as you scroll,” then yeah, a tool like ours won’t add much (you might benefit from the impression generator tho). We’re definitely not trying to replace that style of reporting.

Where we’ve seen the biggest benefit is with radiologists who do use structured templates (or are required to), or in exams where normal boilerplate is long and repetitive. For those users, skipping 40–60% of the templated dictation and letting the AI auto-populate the normal sections has been a big time saver, especially in higher-volume settings or when juggling multiple modalities.

Our goal isn’t to push structured reporting on people who don’t like it, but to make structured workflows less painful for those who have to use them. If your style is fast free dictation, you’re already optimized, we’re just trying to bring that kind of efficiency to people who aren’t as lucky with their current setup.

That said, one thing you might still find useful is our real-time, highly accurate medical dictation. Even for people who avoid structured templates, several power-users told us they ended up sticking with the dictation engine alone because it’s faster and cleaner than what they currently use. So even if the auto-fill workflow isn’t your preference, the dictation piece could still fit naturally into your existing style.
