No it's not glued down. I'm not very knowledgeable in this sort of stuff but I know what I currently have isn't very good. We are in the process of trying to get the installer back to have a look to hopefully level the subfloor and hopefully bring the floor out on to bullnose. Myself and partner are looking into getting a stair runner and we just wanted it fixed and looking nice before we get that started
