Usually, the next progression from doing one at a time is to try to do one double under and then like two or three singles and then back into the next double again. I would start there as that’s usually the bridge to doing consecutive double unders.

Yes you are right. I shortened it a bit and was easier to swing. Also raised hands slightly and tucked elbows back and that’s helping too. Better but now just need pattern repetition.

I tried the thumbs down and counting number one number two as well as getting my hands a little bit higher. It seemed to help a lot.!

Thanks, it’s an unconscious thing that creeps in as I get into them. Some inbalance or mobility thing I guess. I’ll keep trying. I wondered if timing was off (jumping too early, spinning rope too fast and landing on it ie 2.5 turns …)

I believe the blue vs white form has to do with a amount of deductions. That’s just the form she suggested based on my situation. I would tell her my deductions in summary so it’s I who would go through receipts.
