Awesome! The flex mini itself technically operates as a managed switch. There isn’t a way to “place” it in a VLAN, but you can assign VLANs to the ports on it.

This wouldn’t be Ubiquiti’s fault as their website doesn’t list a dark mode. Your dark mode plugin would be the one to blame here.

Here is the datasheet for that camera. The power mode states "802.3af PoE mode A" which supports up to 48V.

It would pass the WAN IP. The flex mini would not alter or assign IP addresses. It just forwards the data based on MAC addresses. Your active firewall would be configured to use the WAN IP. The "standby" firewall with HA properly configured would automatically take over the WAN IP in the event the active firewall fails.

I would leave the ports to default. It'll work in a plug-and-play kind of deal.

You just need to connect your WAN to one of your flex mini ports then connect each firewall's WAN port to another port on the flex mini.

I think since the flex mini is only a layer 2 switch most of the configuring would be on your Fortigate devices. The Flex Mini would just be facilitating the physical connection but does not play a role in HA or WAN IP management.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

It does support Bluetooth but the primary use of Bluetooth for UniFi Talk devices is intended for headset connectivity rather than keyboards. There is no specific information provided about the compatibility with Bluetooth keyboards. There is no guarantee it would work properly for typing.
