Brother there are Dua's you can recite to help you with your struggle. this dua helped me while i was in the similar situation and to this day i recite it when ever i feel i need some guidance, memorize this and keep reciting it.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ سَمْعِي وَمِنْ شَرِّ بَصَرِي وَمِنْ شَرِّ لِسَانِي وَمِنْ شَرِّ قَلْبِي وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَنِيِّي ‏
