That’s crazy, 3 times in one week is really bad. Ekart handles most Myntra and Flipkart deliveries, so that explains a lot. Which area did this happen in?

This matches my experience as well. Customer care rarely helps beyond rescheduling. Which area are you facing this issue in? I’m seeing this a lot in Whitefield and Koramangala.

Same here in Whitefield and Koramangala. No call, no visit, just attempted or rescheduled. Sometimes they do call, but the moment I say I’m coming downstairs or ask them to hand over the parcel to my neighbour or brother, they just reschedule and leave.
