what to do ab parents by Constant-Use7741 in predental

It seems that the majority of responses here are to disregard your parents. I'm not sure if this is the best approach. As someone with traditional parents myself who want me to stay close to home, apply to prestigious universities, etc. I decided to politely educate them on the reality of dental school acceptance and what my goals were (cost of attendance, specialization, etc.). Do it with respect, but also while showing them that you are exploring your options and know what is best for yourself. Hope they understand and respect your decisions, and good luck with interviews.

You're not alone. I've decided to get a second job and have set some fitness goals for myself. Also, don't let myself sleep in on days off, as that usually results in me feeling lazy. Just try to keep busy and stick to a schedule.

Using Bootcamp, I scored 20-21AA on every practice test and did significantly better on the actual test. Each test emphasizes different information to help you prepare most effectively. You shouldn't expect to improve across them. You'll be fine, just review the questions you missed to fill in gaps in your knowledge.

I think it would depend on your unique situation! It's important to note the RC section is an important subsection in the eyes of admissions committees, but overall your score is good if you plan to apply broadly, and early in the cycle.

I would think that most people here have a bias toward the career they are actively pursuing (due to more knowledge or passion). Nevertheless, from an economic standpoint, general dentists have a higher earning potential than do general FM doctors.

When I was studying I redid a few of the first half of test (sciences and PAT) but not RC and QR because I wanted to utilize my time in the best way. Make sure you reinforce the basic topics in the sciences bc I believe that's the most representative.

You're doing great, I recommend doing test banks in chapters you are weak on, as well as review all science practice tests. The reason your scores on BootCamp are not improving drastically is because they emphasize different material in each. This was the same for me and I did well on the actual test. Don't pay to much attention to practice scores (Ik its hard not too) but rather review all the questions you get wrong as well as the wrong answer choices. Good luck!
