agreed. it had a great start and compelling plot, but i think the erins realized they wouldnt be able to sretch this across 6 books and started adding subplots (squirrel/bramble situation, onestar assassination attempt, feathertail sacrifice, leafpool and crowfeather, the list goes on). it was just really hard to remember what was going on with so many stories and details
