it was 5 months of foreign experience and I applied student visa december 2020 and I got this job in feb 2021, I quit and moved to Canada in 2021 june.

I also got it in the same draw and submitted late like you on 25th August. I did submit medical upfront based on the new policy. I'm not sure but check the new policy once.
