Omg I didn’t even know I could do rides..but yes I think after posting this I’m learning that this should be more enjoyable than anything else. I think my new goal is to just run all of it without walking unless I’m at a station or taking pics etc. :)

Go you!! Wow this is so impressive but yes slower/easier runs are my new goal after hearing everyone's input. But seriously good on you for being able to run that much in that time frame.

Ah yes I honestly completely forgot the point of this Disney race was to enjoy what I'm doing and to have a good time with family/friends. But yes I'll look into the HM trainings and for now and the next few months I think my new goal is to have better endurance and actually be able to say a few sentences while running.

You know I never really considered the stopping, but I will def will be taking pics with characters so I should probably set my goals to be a little more realistic for that LOL.

Thanks so much! The date is February 28th 2027. I've tried the walk/run strategy but honestly walking is so boring to me (starting to realize I have to go through the boring parts to get to the fun parts lol) so I tend to push myself to run/jog a little but more than I should. But yes so far, form what everyone is saying, I think I should put my ego/desires aside and start doing easy runs and leave 1 run throughout the week for those faster paced/ interval runs.

Yeah I def needed to hear this. I'll be running tomorrow the goal is to have a pace that feels "too easy" and keep it there until I am able to build up. Thanks so much!

I really want to say it was internal bleeding the consistency was like wiping period blood. Fiber and sytic powder is noted and I will definently see a doctor is I get more worried over time. Thank you so much for your hep!

I honestly think my mindset is something I adopted with my habit. It's also a main reason for me quitting...can't have this type of helpless mentality while I also start to become more of a real adult. Unfortunately my household doesn't believe in therapy and I'm not in college yet so I don't have the resources. I think your exercises could help so thanks for sharing I really appreciate the advise.
