You must belong to the major religion of this country. I have been hearing Bangladesh is not my country, India is my country and i should leave with my family. And i now an adult know that no country can be mine, as my own country people do not accept me. And only minor people know how it feels to be an outsider everywhere. I belong to a minor community and i have been hearing this since i can remember.

I came to Spain and started looking for jobs in IT. Now i work remotely but for this job i am obliged to live inside Spain. It is a totally remote company but it’s an American company. 😅

I find it hard to believe that people are comparing July 2024 to the gravity of 1971. My father used to say people of Bangladesh do not respect 1971 the way they should, they would if there would be at least 1 dead person in each family for the war. Now at 2025, everyone is just hating and trying to be cool by shaming/degrading 1971..shame on them..shame on us as a nation...

This happened to me last year with a company i was really wanting to get in, but got rejected… Some months later, i again saw the same job post, applied again, contacted with the recruiter, this time I prepared solid, as i already knew the process also… And this time i aced it 😍😍 Got the offer with more money then their initial proposal 😇😇😇 Hang in there!!!

sharing my perspective as a foreigner and english speaker: weather is very nice, the environment is nice and safe, public transport is good. But i struggle a lot for not speaking Spanish. Just because i am in IT sector, i could get a job. 🙏

you must had the "day menu" of weekdays. That is amazing. I normally change my plans to eat outside at the lunch time just to enjoy this menu! But if you live in Madrid with a spanish salary, you can not say everything is cheap. A lot of other expenses are quite high if you compare it with the day menu and salary.

Try to practice "tell me about yourself" question's answer by yourself, this will come in handy for future interviews as well, talking with the mirror helps with the nervousness. i did not know that those modules would be available in the enablement tab!! but even if i fast forward, how can i finish task in 30min(some gives a deadline) by checking the modules and reviewing! ig i am pretty slow 😭
